Upon
waking up in the morning, take a couple of deep breaths
and exhale forcefully! Keep a bottle of water by the
bed and immediately take a serving of THE BURN. Of course,
start with a lower dose to assess tolerance and follow

how you want to look at the end of the program and picture what it
will take to get there! Then give thanks for all that you have and
for all that you are going to achieve with this program and feel
good about it! Some may pray to their creator and some may just sit
silent and have a grateful spirit. It is up to you but the main thing
is to be in some way thankful in advance for your newfound level
of mental and physical fitness. You may also take this time to be
thankful for other good things in your life. This may sound corny
but it will work! It is a vital step in the process of changing your
current belief patterns and breaking old bad habits!
