Can
I take THE BURN with other supplements?
Yes. Generally speaking, people may mix these products with many other
supplements without adverse reaction. Vitamins, protein powders, creatine,
meal replacements, protein bars, most herbs and still many others are all
fine! We do recommend that you stay away from any supplements that contain
any stimulants of any kind (including caffeine). It is recommended that
you seek the guidance of a qualified medical professional prior to taking
these products if you have any medical condition or are taking any medication. |

What
happens if I skip a meal on the diet plan?
If you miss a meal on the plan do the following: During your next scheduled
meal or snack, have 25% more protein in that meal. It is very important
that you eat every meal in the plan (6 times per day). This will keep your
metabolism charged and help you control your hunger. Just in case you anticipate
missing a meal, you can bring a piece of fruit or a serving of vegetables
along with you if you just don’t have the food on your diet plan
available. Try your best to adhere strictly with your diet plan. A small
bag of carrots or an apple will have a minimal impact on your insulin response
and help keep you going. |

What
can I eat if I am at a fast food restaurant? How
do I maintain my diet with all of that bad food out
there?
First, many places are now catering to the low carb dieter. Secondly, If
you are at a burger place that just doesn’t have any real options,
you can simply remove the bun and eat the meat, lettuce, tomato and onions
inside. Chicken can be eaten freely, just try to remove some of that fatty
skin. Again, you may freely eat a salad or a serving of vegetables. Additionally,
most fast food places offer Chef Salads that are perfectly fine. Be sure
to stay away from soda and to drink only water or a non-calorie/carb drink. |

The
portions recommended in the plan just seem too small.
I just cannot eat that little. What do you recommend
that I do about this?
Increase the portion sizes slightly for each meal in an even proportion
until it feels as if you are then receiving adequate calories. However,
you need to remember that you are dieting and you may need to give your
body a couple of days to get used to it. THE BURN may provide dramatic
support for appetite control when taken before eating. |
