Day 2
 
30-90 minutes Pre-Breakfast:
1 Serving (1-2 capsules) of Fizogen THE BURN w/ 2 glasses of water
 
Breakfast:
2 large egg whites or egg substitute cooked w/ non-stick olive oil cook spray
1/2 cup whole grain cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk
6 oz tomato juice
1 glass of water
Multi-Vitamin/Mineral Formula
 
Snack:
1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
Blueberries (1/2 palm)
1 glass of water
 
30-60 minutes Pre-Lunch:
1 Serving (1-2 capsules) of Fizogen THE BURN w/ 2 glasses of water
 
Lunch:
Grilled chicken breast w/ spice (palm size)
Whole grain rice (1/2 palm)
Mixed green salad (palm size)
Balsamic vinegar
Lemon wedge

Dinner:
